We loved the welcoming atmosphere and the excellent breakfast. The staff provided helpful information and we enjoyed meeting interesting people during breakfast. The purified water and guest refrigerator were a bonus. The location was perfect for walking to the central plaza and other attractions. The hotel staff were friendly, English-speaking and very helpful. The superior room with two double beds was spacious and well-lit, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. the hotel was appealing and lovely.
Felt warm, no complaints at all.

The hotel is just 8 to 10 minutes away frm the Zocalo. It is very clean and the hotel staff are very helpful. It was the only hotel where all staff spoke English. The went out of their way to help me book two excursions. Besides offering free wifi they also have a computer which you can use for free. Breakfast was healthy. Recommended hotel.

The whole experience was wonderful. We would return. The shared kitchen was great and we liked the central location to the ruins around Yucatan.
The hotel is downtown, so can have traffic noise. I would recommend a room in the back.

The staff was very helpful, arranging tours, helping with the free wi-fi that wasn't working for me, and calling to check on a tour that didn't pick me up.
It is in the historical center, but a long 6 blocks or more to the plaza.

You are made to feel very welcome straight away. The staff are very helpful and despite our room being at the top of the hotel, our bags were swept away to our room without us lifting a finger. Its a very relaxed place to spend a few hours each day on the roof terrace, reading and drinking a beer after enjoyng a day in the town or on a trip that the reception staff can help you organise. We would go back there on a return to Mexico.
